Frederica Duncan

Frederica is from New Zealand and has been practising yoga for 6 years. She studied social work and during this some psychology, finding her passion doing group therapy using breathwork and a variety of other psychotherapy and sensory techniques. She did her 200 hour RYS yoga teacher training in India and incorporates a wide range of disciplines into her practise and teaching including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Kundalini and Iyengar.Frederica's passion for yoga is fueled by her own health results through practising yoga and the incredible positive effects that yoga has on physical and mental health. She also works with the nervous system and body through meditation and breath work.

Frederica offers yoga classes for all levels, including a variety of meditation techniques and yoga nidra. She also offers teachings on the science and philosophy of yoga, Ayurvedic principles and diet, the relationship between the nervous system, health and mental illness, as well as teachings from a movement called Naturality – living according to our nature.

Lucie

A passionate yoga practitioner, Lucie specialises in Hatha, Vinyasa, Pranayama and Meditation. She aspires to help people find their inner balance between the body and mind, guiding them to build a healthier and better life. She has completed her Bachelor’s in International Development Studies. She moved on to complete her 50-hour Yoga Training Course in Hatha Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama. Lucie then completed the Yoga Alliance Certification for the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training.

Ooi Cheng Cheng

Cheng is from New Zealand and has been practising yoga for 5 years. She is a professional accountant and, finding her passion in Yoga that brings calm, peace and content to people in general in just 60 minutes of “workout” including a short meditation. She started attending Yoga classes at the gym for nearly 4 years which already exposed her to Hatha and Vinyasa nearly 12 hours a week. She was a Yoga “bunny”. Then she started to attend mini Yoga retreats locally and overseas to deepen her learning.

She did her 150 hour MAYI (Malaysia Association of Yoga Instructors) Yoga Instructor training in Kuala Lumpur and incorporates a wide range of disciplines into her practise and teaching including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Yoga Nidra and Pilates.

Cheng’s passion for yoga has transformed her own health results through practising and teaching yoga and the incredible positive effects that yoga has on physical and mental health. She continuously works with the nervous system and body through meditation and breath work and have extended her practices to children with special needs and adult students who comes to her classes.

Cheng offers yoga classes for all levels, including a variety of breathing techniques and Yoga Nidra. She also offers teachings on Pilates and calming Yoga for school children for better focus and relaxation so they are more at peach to study and learning.

Emilia is a passionate life lover who’s deemed it her mission to inspire health, and smiles in as many people’s lives as possible. She has been practicing yoga for seven years, it is her anchor to her True Self, and her calm in a world of chaos. Emilia has been traveling the world for over two years, teaching yoga along the way, sharing her knowledge of holistic health in whatever ways possible, and helping people come home to themselves.

Jennifer Louise Ayodele

Jennifer Louise Ayodele

Jennifer did her first Asana Class when she was around 16 years old. After 2 years of practice, she began teaching. At the age of 21, she had created a small initiative, which integrated theatre, movement, yoga and meditation and wrote her thesis, exploring how and why the west was using eastern practices like Yoga and Meditation, whether this was embezzlment or if it was beneficial to both sides. In 2012 she moved to Italy to work and started to study Western science, occultism and eastern spiritual sciences. In 2013 she moved to Singapore, where she taught Musical Theatre, Dance and Drama and kids’ yoga and then adults.

She has been teaching and holding Yoga retreats in Italy and around Europe. Her style of teaching caters to both Transformational and Integral Yoga–which combines Hatha, Bhakti, Raja, Karma and Janana Yoga. Her classes focus on Hatha Yoga with Vinyasa and Yin/Restorative Yoga. As a qualified Reiki healing instructor, she also teaches Pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and sound healing.
